Software Developer in Test

Key Responsibilities: - Review functional requirements and provide feedback to enhance product quality. - Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for frontend and backend systems. - Design and execute functional, integration, performance, and end-to-end (E2E) tests. - Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable testing environments. - Collaborate with R&D teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues early in the development cycle. - Advocate for code quality, testability, and best practices across engineering teams. - Lead initiatives to enhance QA methodologies, automation, and testing processes. - Analyze complex distributed systems and suggest enhancements for reliability and performance. - Mentor team members and conduct code reviews to ensure maintainable, high-quality code. Qualifications: Must-Have: - Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and test automation. - Strong coding skills in C# (mandatory); Python is a plus. - Experience in designing test automation frameworks from scratch. - Proficiency in frontend/backend testing (UI, API, databases). - Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6, Locust, LoadRunner). - Familiarity with Cloud/SaaS deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Nice-to-Have: - Experience in medical devices, IoT, or multidisciplinary environments. - Knowledge of AI/ML, 3D printing, or digital healthcare solutions. - Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
