Software Developer - Front End Tech & Digital

As a Front-End Software Developer at Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC) in Hyderabad, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of web and mobile applications using modern front-end technologies. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with designers and product managers to translate wireframes and prototypes into user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. You will work with React for web applications and Expo React Native for mobile applications (iOS & Android), ensuring seamless integration and adherence to platform-specific design guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate wireframes and prototypes into Web frontends targeted for Web and Mobile applications (iOS, Android). - Develop user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and adhere to platform-specific design guidelines. - Develop and maintain front-end applications for web and mobile (iOS & Android) using React and Expo React Native. - Implement features and functionalities according to technical specifications and user stories. - Integrate with external APIs and data sources. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Keep system documentation up-to-date, including system architecture, change logs, build descriptions, continuous deployment, and branching strategy. - Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and functionality. - Identify, debug, and fix bugs to maintain optimal app performance. - Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies for web technologies for both web and mobile applications. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors in Software Engineering. - 5+ years experience with web development in typescript. - Strong proficiency in React framework, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Experience with hybrid app development frameworks (React/React Native). - Experience with Zustand for state management. - Experience with secure RESTful APIs, JSON, and other web services integration. - Experience with interfacing with a range of database systems, from traditional RDBMS/SQL to NoSQL and other scalable databases technologies. - Familiarity with TanStack Query for handling API queries. - Strong understanding of mobile development principles and best practices. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). - Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools. - Experience with integration with hardware devices. - Experience working with version control systems (GitHub) and agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Experience working with private libraries and Storybook. - Solid understanding of micro front-end architecture. Bonus Skills: - Experience with micro front end architecture development. - Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure) and containerization technologies. - Experience with automated testing frameworks.
