Software Developer (Data Science & Analytics)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using Vue.js or React.js with a focus on creating a responsive UI. Your role will involve building and maintaining RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js to facilitate seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems. Additionally, you will integrate mapping libraries like Leaflet/OpenLayers to display spatial data and implement offline support using Service Worker APIs to create hybrid desktop apps for low-connectivity scenarios. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize applications for low-bandwidth environments by employing techniques such as lazy loading, data compression, and client-side rendering. - Utilize Axios/Fetch APIs to retrieve data from various systems and convert it into JSON/GeoJSON formats. - Coordinate data ingestion, implement form-based data entry, and establish role-based access levels (creator, approver, commander). - Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration in the deployment process. - Work with MongoDB/PostgreSQL databases for data storage, access, and management. - Conduct performance testing and fine-tuning to ensure a responsive user experience across different platforms. Qualification Required: - Graduate BE/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science and Postgraduate - MCA/MTech with specialization in computers/electronics/IT or M.Sc. in CS/IT. - Proficiency in JQuery/JavaScript, HTML5/CSS, JS, Python. - Expertise in API Integration with platforms like PostgreSQL.
