Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize complex data pipelines using IBM DataStage and other ETL/ELT tools.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across large-scale data processing workflows.
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Manage and maintain relational and non-relational databases to support business and technical requirements.
Develop robust backend services and data processing applications using Java.
Implement efficient algorithms for data manipulation and integration.
Contribute to the technical solution architecture to design scalable and resilient data systems.
Deploy and manage applications using containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Lead Agile teams, serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Leader to guide delivery using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Manage technical projects including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
