Role Overview: As a Software Developer at our Indore office, you will be part of a product development team working on maintaining and supporting our Vena Excel Desktop Addin, a key product used by most of our 1,700+ customers. The product is primarily written in C#/.NET. You will contribute to key improvements and upgrades to the code base, optimize product performance, enhance existing features, and support the product by resolving bugs. Key Responsibilities: - Write high-quality, production-ready code, with occasional guidance from senior developers - Enhance product performance to improve user experience - Build on existing product features to enhance overall product quality - Upgrade libraries, resolve tech debt, and troubleshoot product defects - Assist in test automation and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines - Document issues and contribute to internal team documentation - Identify opportunities for technical improvements and collaborate on executing them - Pair and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in software development with C#/.NET applications - Prior experience in Windows desktop applications - Proficiency in object-oriented methodologies and design patterns - Understanding of algorithms and computational complexity - Experience in a Scrum/Agile environment with a focus on collaboration - Self-motivated and self-directed individual excited about working on new technologies Additional Details: Our developer-focused team culture values self-motivation, leadership, and passion for making an impact on our growing product.
