We are looking for passionate Software Development Engineers (SDEs) who love solving problems, building scalable solutions, and creating applications that make life easier for customers. As an SDE, you'll own end-to-end delivery of features, collaborate with peers, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, code quality, and team practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and maintain software components or products.
* Own delivery of major product features with minimal supervision.
* Collaborate with peers, mentor junior engineers, and support hiring efforts.
* Suggest process improvements to enhance speed and quality.
* Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
What We are Looking For
* Proficiency in Java & Spring Boot
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with understanding of algorithms and complexity.
* Experience with software design patterns and clean coding practices.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (TDD/BDD), and DevOps practices.
* Working knowledge of infrastructure, scripting, and security protocols (OAuth, SAML).
* Team player with the ability to mentor and drive technical discussions.
