Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Software Developer who’s excited to work at the intersection of AI,

computer vision, and robotics. You’ll collaborate closely with our AI scientists and robotics

engineers to design, build, and deploy production-grade software that powers real-world

automation. This isn’t just an R&D role—you’ll see your work directly impact live

manufacturing floors.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain perception and control software in Python and

C++.

• Integrate computer-vision algorithms with robotic motion-planning libraries.
• Work on performance-critical code—profiling, optimising, and fine-tuning

algorithms.

• Collaborate in code reviews, write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions; own modules end-to-end.
• Document your work and present insights to technical and non-technical

stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering,

Robotics, or related field.

• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles.
• Comfortable working with Linux environments and version control (Git).
• Exposure to computer vision (OpenCV) or machine learning frameworks is a plus.
• Bonus: experience with robotic control systems, ROS, or 3D perception.
• A problem-solver’s mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a

fast-paced, collaborative environment.
