As a Software Developer Associate at LRN, you will engage in diverse projects ranging from mobile development to gamification, contributing to the design and implementation of scalable software solutions. Your role will involve developing user interfaces using Angular best practices, writing clean and maintainable code, optimizing applications for performance, and collaborating with backend developers to integrate front-end components. Staying abreast of the latest technologies and trends in Angular development will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Requirements for this role include 3-6 years of industry experience, proficiency in programming languages, hands-on expertise in Angular 2.x and above, and familiarity with NodeJS. You should have the ability to develop user interfaces for modern rich internet applications, possess strong analytical and programming skills, demonstrate expertise in JavaScript, and be capable of working independently. Proficiency in creating custom components, writing unit test cases using Jasmine, and a good understanding of CSS are essential. A Bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new tools are also required. Additionally, exposure to Agile methodology would be advantageous.
