Software Consultant - Backend

Key Responsibilities: - Possessing 3-5 years of hands-on experience. - Leading the team for technical aspects and resolving any kind of technical blockers efficiently. - Supporting the tech lead and proactively working on different areas of work. - Actively engaging in understanding new modules and gaining comprehensive domain knowledge. - Demonstrating excellent analytical and development skills. - Proficiency in using Microsoft VSTS/ADO. - Ability to quickly grasp complex technical processes. - Strong architectural awareness and understanding of performance considerations. - Experience in collaborating with distributed teams. - Working with Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment and exhibiting Agile behaviors. - Familiarity with Microsoft Azure. - Proficient in deployment processes and CI Pipeline. - Capable of making decisions in the absence of the tech lead. - Reviewing code, approving PRs for code check-ins. - Good understanding of Scrum, agile methodology, and ways of working effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in software development. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices. - Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.,
