About The Role

Project Role :Software Configuration Engineer

Project Role Description :Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.
Must have skills :SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA

Summary:As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the specified standards and contribute to the overall project goals. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the software solutions are effectively tailored to meet the needs of the organization, while also addressing any challenges that may arise during the configuration process.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of configuration changes and suggest improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.

Strong understanding of software configuration management principles.

Experience with application customization and integration.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
