About The Role

Project Role :Software Configuration Engineer

Project Role Description :Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.
Must have skills :Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL)

Summary:Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation.As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the specified standards and contribute to the overall project goals. You will engage with various teams to facilitate smooth integration and deployment of software solutions, while also addressing any challenges that may arise during the configuration process. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the software meets the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of configuration management.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of configuration processes and suggest improvements.Professional & Technical
Skills:

Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.-Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).

Strong understanding of software configuration management principles.

Experience with version control systems and tools.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot configuration issues effectively.

Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies.
Additional Information:The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
