Software Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Co-Ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee software-related operations, manage user access, ensure smooth functioning of portals, support digital initiatives, and coordinate between departments to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities Software & System Coordination Monitor, analyse, and troubleshoot software performance issues. Maintain admin portals and ensure accurate user creation and access management. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth workflow across platforms. Data & Reporting Handle data analysis using advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards. Prepare regular reports for management decision-making. Accounts Support Assist in maintaining financial entries and reconciliations. Support accounts team with software-based financial tracking. Design & Marketing Create and edit images, brochures, and creatives using Photoshop. Support website designing, updating content, and managing site functionality. Coordinate digital marketing activities including SEO, social media, and campaign execution. Administrative Support Maintain records, documentation, and system logs. Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional communication. Must-Have Skills Strong software analytical knowledge. Expertise in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, Pivot Tables, Dashboards). Admin Portal Management and User Access Control. Knowledge of Accounts & Basic Bookkeeping. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creative tasks. Skills in Website Designing (WordPress/HTML/CSS preferred). Understanding of Digital Marketing tools & strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing). Qualifications Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or related field. 2+ years of relevant work experience. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and coordination ability. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
