As a Software Bugs Expert specializing in Software Defect Analysis & Resolution, your role will involve closely working with development, testing, and project teams to enhance product quality through effective defect management and root cause analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, reproduce, and deeply analyze software bugs/defects to provide detailed bug reports with steps to reproduce and impact analysis. - Collaborate with developers for bug fixing and support resolution, while also working with testers/QA for effective defect detection and tracking. - Perform root cause analysis of defects to suggest preventive measures and identify patterns in bugs to drive quality improvements. - Utilize bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla for logging and tracking bugs, ensuring they are properly documented and followed up. - Suggest improvements in processes for defect reduction and quality enhancement, contributing to improving testing strategies based on bug trends. Qualifications Required: 1. Bug Analysis Skills: - Strong ability in identifying, reproducing, and analyzing software bugs. - Experience in bug tracking and management tools. 2. Technical Knowledge: - Good understanding of software development processes and testing methodologies. - Familiarity with programming languages and tech stacks would be helpful. 3.
