Day-to-day, you work cosey with teams across the business (Product Architects, Hardware Architects, System Engineering Managers, and Quaity teams), define technica strategies, and ead software deveopment activities, among other responsibiities. You specificay take care of defining software requirements and architecture, as we as coordinating software deveopment activities, but aso contribute to standardization efforts and continuous improvement initiatives. We ook to you for: Defining software requirements specifications, incuding functiona, operationa, and interface requirements Deveoping and vaidating software architecture, incuding functiona and structura breakdowns Leading major technica choices and ensuring the feasibiity of soutions Performing software integration (SW/SW and HW/SW) and testing Coordinating software deveopment activities and ensuring traceabiity of requirements Contributing to the definition of technica management pans, incuding deveopment and configuration management pans Ensuring compiance with cybersecurity, safety, and quaity standards Driving continuous improvement and knowedge sharing through Return of Experience (REX) and standardization efforts A about you We vaue passion and attitude over experience. Instead, weve isted some that we think wi hep you succeed and grow in this roe: Bacheors or Postgraduate degree in Engineering IT, Computer Science, ECE, EEE, or equivaent 10+ years of experience in software deveopment and design using object-oriented methodoogies and design patterns Proficiency in front-end technoogies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Anguar, React.js) and back-end technoogies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET, Web API) Knowedge of databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks Experience in designing cybersecure appications and appying design thinking and threat modeing Famiiarity with coud patforms (Azure, AWS, Googe Coud) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) Proficiency in toos such as Git, UML, and debugging toos Strong communication skis, with the abiity to guide and infuence in a matrix organization Experience in raiway signaing or simiar industries is a pus Things you enjoy Join us on a ife-ong transformative journey the rai industry is here to stay, so you can grow and deveop new skis and experiences throughout your career.
