Description
As an Adobe eCommerce Technical Lead at HP, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the vision for developing the next generation commerce platform using Adobe Commerce. You will be responsible for executing the design of end-to-end commerce solutions, focusing on bringing product/service offerings to market in support of all HP business functions. Collaborating closely with various key stakeholders, you will identify high-value opportunities to explore and adopt integrated and innovative digital solutions, leveraging existing and new platforms and tools. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating on implementing the ecommerce platform design to drive reusability, quality, and consistency, leading code reviews, adhering to test-driven development principles, and reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet story objectives. You will also play a key role in implementing services-oriented architecture for a headless ecommerce platform, as well as APIs for the same platform, ensuring compliance with development guidelines and standards. To excel in this role, you will need a solid foundation in hands-on software development and design, along with demonstrated experience in building large scale Adobe Commerce retail eCommerce systems using PWA and other headless commerce architecture in a large enterprise setting. Your expertise should include a focus on seasonal loads and performance requirements, as well as experience in designing and implementing APIs such as HTTP-based, ReST, and GraphQL. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ideally, you will hold a four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, along with 4-7 years of work experience in applications engineering or programming. Preferred certifications include Programming Language/s Certification (PHP, Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
