As an Software Application Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of technical solutions tailored to customer needs. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates looking to launch their careers in engineering and application support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of applications and systems.
• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and user guides.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts and application support.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
