Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Software Account Setup & Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers by setting up their accounts, configuring system preferences, and providing ongoing technical support to ensure a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with account setup and configuration of the software platform.
  • Collect and verify required business details, user information, and system preferences.
  • Guide customers through onboarding steps, ensuring accurate data entry and setup.
  • Provide technical support via email, phone, and remote sessions for software-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common setup or integration problems.
  • Document and track support tickets, resolutions, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Educate customers on best practices, features, and system usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Account Setup: 2 years (Required)
  • Customer Support: 2 years (Required)
