As a Soft Skills Trainer at VAPSNEST, an IT and Services company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the professional and interpersonal skills of our employees. With 1 to 3 years of experience in conducting soft skills training sessions, you will design and deliver engaging training programs focusing on communication, teamwork, leadership, and time management. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing tailored training programs to address specific skill requirements, conducting interactive sessions for employees at all levels, and providing individual coaching and feedback to support their skill development. You will also be responsible for designing training materials, evaluating the effectiveness of programs, and collaborating with various departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field. Strong knowledge of soft skills topics, excellent presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to engage and motivate employees are essential. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong organizational and time management abilities are key requirements. Certification in soft skills training would be an added advantage. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training, maintaining training records, and preparing reports on training activities and outcomes will be part of your routine tasks. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will contribute to the success of our training programs, ensuring that our employees continuously enhance their soft skills for personal and professional growth.,
