Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions focused on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and professional etiquette.
  
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and customize content accordingly.
  
• Facilitate interactive sessions using role plays, case studies, and real-life scenarios to enhance learner participation and retention.
  
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and measurable outcomes.
  
• Provide individual coaching or mentoring sessions to address specific learner needs.
  
• Collaborate with academic/training teams to align soft skills modules with overall curriculum or program goals.
  
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in soft skills development and training methodologies.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in any discipline; specialization in HR, Psychology, or Education is preferred.
  
• Certification in Soft Skills Training, Behavioral Training, or similar fields is an advantage.
  
• 2+ years of experience in delivering soft skills training in academic or corporate settings.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
  
• Ability to adapt content and delivery based on audience profile and learning needs.
