Soft Skills Trainer

We are looking for a passionate Soft Skills Trainer to train and mentor degree students in key life and career skills. The role involves conducting engaging sessions on communication, teamwork, time management, leadership, and professional etiquette to prepare students for campus life, internships, and job placements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive soft skills training sessions.
• Focus on communication, confidence-building, and workplace readiness.
• Prepare students for interviews and group discussions.
• Track student progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with faculty and placement teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years of training experience, preferably with youth or college students.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and connect with students.
• Training certifications (optional but preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
