Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Guwahati

Project: DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Conduct soft skills training sessions as per DDU-GKY curriculum & SOP
✔ Train students in communication skills, workplace ethics, interview preparation, teamwork, and personality development✔ Prepare lesson plans, training content, activities, and assessments✔ Maintain daily attendance, training records, and documentation as per project guidelines✔ Provide individual feedback and mentoring to help trainees improve✔ Organize mock interviews, role plays, and presentations✔ Support placement team by preparing candidates for job interviews✔ Participate in review meetings, audits, and centre activities when required

Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Education/Management/HR/English preferred)
✔ TOT Soft Skills Certification – NIESBUD (Mandatory)
✔ 1–2 years of experience as Soft Skills / Employability Skills Trainer

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong classroom management and learner-engagement abilityProficient in MS Office and digital teaching toolsAbility to mentor and motivate rural youthGood command over English & Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
