Location: Calicut
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Soft Skill Training Trainees. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about communication, personality development, and training.
Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting soft skill and communication sessions for students or professionals.
Support senior trainers in developing and delivering engaging training content.
Help in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops.
Monitor participant progress and provide feedback.
Continuously learn and improve presentation and communication techniques.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
Strong interest in personality development and training.
Ability to present and engage with learners confidently.
