As a School Teacher, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning of the school and proper education of students: - Arrive at the assembly place 5 minutes before the bell to arrange students in a proper line and accompany them back to class after assembly, monitoring their uniforms. - Prepare blackboards/whiteboards promptly at the start of each period. - Maintain the class attendance register accurately and ensure proper marking of attendance. - Check students" diaries to ensure they are being used correctly. - Ensure each student's diary contains the timetable and they carry the required materials according to the schedule. - Carry your own timetable and syllabus for all subjects/classes at all times. - Ensure students copy the classwork from the blackboard and complete homework assignments. - Check classwork and homework copies regularly and return them to students promptly. - Contact parents of students who are absent for 3 consecutive days without prior notice. - Ensure classroom cleanliness by coordinating with cleaning staff. - Ensure each student has sufficient furniture and space, and no items are pasted on walls. - Maintain proper lighting in the classroom. - Update the WeCan Application with classwork and homework regularly. - Check exam answer sheets diligently, calculate grades accurately, and prepare progress reports for each student with care and good handwriting.
