You will communicate only in English with students and colleagues once you are within the school premises. Your responsibility includes ensuring that you reach the assembly place 5 minutes before the bell, arrange the students in a proper line, accompany them back to the class after assembly, and monitor them for their uniform. Additionally, you will be in charge of preparing the blackboards/white boards at the start of each period. Maintaining the class attendance register accurately and marking attendance properly is a key task. You will also be required to check the students" diaries to ensure they are being used appropriately. It is essential to ensure that each student's timetable is mentioned in their diary and that they are carrying the necessary items as per the daily timetable. You must carry your own timetable and syllabus for all respective subjects and classes at all times. Ensuring that all students copy the classwork (C.W) from the blackboard and complete their homework is vital. You should check the classwork and homework copies regularly and return them to students in a timely manner. In case a student is absent for three consecutive days without prior notice, you are responsible for contacting their parents. Cleaning the classroom regularly and ensuring it has adequate furniture and space for each student, with nothing pasted on the walls, is part of your duties. You should also make sure that the lighting in the room is sufficient. Filling the classwork and homework on WeCan Application regularly and updating it, as well as checking exam answer sheets diligently and calculating the grand total accurately, are crucial tasks. You will also prepare progress reports for each student with care, without errors, and ensuring good handwriting. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
