Master Trainer – Industry Readiness Program

CTC: 25k-35k pm

Experience: 3-6 yrs

Contract Period: October 2025 – March 2026

Location: Raigad, Maharashtra

About Us:

Y4D Foundation works with the mission "Empowering the Underprivileged" through intensive programs focused on education, health, and livelihood.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on workplace readiness, communication, digital skills, interview preparation, and professional behavior.
• Engage ITI students through interactive and practical learning methods.
• Support students in building confidence, discipline, and job preparedness.
• Coordinate with institutes, students, and the project team for smooth program execution.
• Monitor participation and performance, and prepare required reports and documentation.
• Conduct assessments and feedback sessions to measure learning outcomes.
• Ensure overall quality and effectiveness of program delivery.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate / ITI / Diploma with relevant teaching or training experience.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (English preferred).
• Prior experience in employability, soft skills, or vocational training will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Raigad district as per program needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
