Social Researcher

Role Overview: You will be part of a dynamic team at SDRC, an ISO certified social enterprise, where you will be involved in supporting social change initiatives through research and advocacy. Your role will include documenting requirements, analyzing data, creating research write-ups, planning knowledge products, and demonstrating excellence in approaching research problems to positively impact social change initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Document requirements, analyze data, and create write-ups for research and advocacy purposes. - Plan research and knowledge products, including research design, policy briefs, reports, and factsheets. - Handle client requirement gathering and document functional requirement specifications for projects. - Approach research problems with analytical thinking to find solutions that impact social change initiatives positively. Qualification Required: - Strong research and analytical skills. - Excellent drafting skills, particularly in report writing. - Proficiency in computer skills and IT tools. - Prior experience in research projects. - Good presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.,
