Your role will involve: - Ability to document requirements, collate, analyze, and present valuable information/data effectively for research and advocacy purposes. - Effective planning for research and knowledge products, including research design, policy briefs, reports, and factsheets. - Handling client requirement gathering and documenting functional specifications for projects. - Demonstrating excellence in problem-solving and finding solutions that positively impact social change initiatives. **Qualification Required:** - Strong research and analytical skills. - Proficient drafting and report writing skills. - Computer literacy and IT proficiency. - Experience in research projects. - Good presentation skills.
