This role sits at the centre of how Inara runs its social media accounts. Social Operations Coordinator is the first and primary point of contact for all clients and plays a critical role in making sure communication, approvals, posting, and internal workflows move smoothly.
You will manage all client communication, primarily on Slack. This includes daily updates, follow-ups, approvals, timelines, and setting clear expectations. Strategists and Content Creators do not handle one-on-one client communication unless brought in for deeper questions or larger calls, so you are responsible for keeping conversations organised, clear, and professional at all times.
You will handle posting and approvals across accounts. This means coordinating with the Brand Strategist and Content Creator, sharing content with clients, tracking feedback, and ensuring nothing goes live without approval. Before posting, you will quality check all content for captions, tags, formats, brand tone, and overall accuracy. Catching mistakes before clients or audiences do is a core part of this role.
You will also be responsible for sending reports to clients. These reports are informed by inputs from the performance team and social team, and your role is to package and communicate them clearly so clients understand what has gone live, how things are performing, and what’s coming next.
Internally, you will organise workflows for designers and post-production teams. This includes tracking what needs to be made, ensuring briefs are clear, following up on timelines, and managing feedback loops so work moves forward without bottlenecks. You are not responsible for creative direction, but you are responsible for keeping the machine running.
This role requires prior agency experience as an account manager, client servicing executive, or social operations lead. You should already be comfortable managing multiple clients, handling approvals, working with designers and strategists, and operating in a fast-paced agency setup.
We’re looking for someone who is calm, organised, detail-oriented, and confident taking ownership. Since this is a remote role, you should be able to manage your responsibilities independently while staying closely aligned with the wider team.
