About MentorParkMentorPark is on a mission to nurture India's young talent by connecting them with industry leaders through mentoring, internships, and career development programs. Our platform is designed to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity—whether you're an aspiring student, a first-time manager, or a woman leader re-entering the workforce. We're growing fast and looking for a dynamic individual to own and drive our social media presence and manage day-to-day updates across our website and platform.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media (60%)

• Plan, create, and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Own the monthly content calendar in collaboration with the internal team
• Create visuals, reels, carousels, and videos
• Write engaging copy and captions aligned with MentorPark’s tone and audience
• Track analytics, prepare monthly performance reports, and recommend improvements
• Engage with comments, DMs, and community interactions to grow organic presence
• Support in launching and amplifying digital campaigns (e.g. Top Thinkers, Leadership Circles, Internship Programs)

Website & Platform Support (40%)

• Perform ongoing SEO
• Coordinate updates on the MentorPark website (via CMS or developer)
• Upload new content (blogs, programs, testimonials, mentor pages) regularly
• Test platform workflows from a user-experience point of view
• Flag bugs or UI/UX improvements to the tech team
• Ensure information on the site/platform is accurate and up to date
• Assist in uploading events, schedules, and user-generated content

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in social media management and/or website coordination
• Strong written communication skills (English must be fluent and creative)
• Ability to work with content creators, designers, and tech teams
• Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, WordPress, Notion, or similar
• Basic knowledge of website CMS or willingness to learn quickly
• Good aesthetic sense and ability to judge quality content
• Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive
• Interest in education, youth development, or leadership a big plus!

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with a startup, edtech, or mentoring/career platform
• Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• SEO or email marketing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
