We are looking for a passionate Social Media Strategist to join our team and help us build a strong, engaging, and impactful digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with the brand's voice and goals.
• Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns).
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups.
• Monitor social trends and leverage them to keep our brand relevant.
• Analyze engagement, reach, and performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Respond to community queries, build brand trust, and maintain strong audience relationships.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new features across platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and tools.
• Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Photography/videography and basic editing skills (preferred).
• Passion for Ayurveda, wellness, and sustainable living (a big plus).
