As a Social Media Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for scaling channels to 1M+ subscribers by leveraging your expertise in viral content, ad optimization, and advanced social media strategy. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing high-impact campaigns, decoding audience preferences for maximum engagement, increasing organic reach and conversions, and creating compelling ads to capture attention. To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of channel growth with over 1M subscribers, possess advanced social media strategy skills, excel in creating viral reels and content, and be adept at ad optimization to achieve the lowest Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
