Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our Calicut branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Analyze social media performance, track metrics, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure high-quality creatives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
• Manage paid campaigns and optimize for better ROI.
• Respond to queries, comments, and messages promptly to build engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in social media management/strategy.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and creative content writing skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
