  • Job Overview:
  • We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact content and campaign strategies across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, content trends, and ROI-driven growth strategies.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X) to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Work closely with content, design, and performance teams to plan daily/weekly/monthly content calendars.
  • Create strategic campaign briefs and performance benchmarks for reels, shorts, and brand series.
  • Monitor platform trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activities to optimize content direction.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.
  • Collaborate with paid ads team for boosting, retargeting, and influencer partnerships.
  • Manage community interactions and ensure prompt, brand-aligned responses to messages and comments.
  • Work with the design team to ensure brand consistency in visual storytelling.
  • Suggest platform-specific innovations (interactive features, polls, live, carousels, etc.)
  • Track KPIs like reach, impressions, engagement rate, growth rate, and conversion metrics.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or relevant field.
  • 2–5 years of experience managing social media strategy in an agency or brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of algorithm behavior, social media trends, and digital storytelling.
  • Proficient in tools like Meta Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into creative action.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and engagement hacks.
  • Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
  • Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
  • Exposure to motion design / video-first content planning.
  • Experience working with luxury, corporate, or high-growth startups.
