• StrategyPlan and execute a monthly content calendar tailored for each platform (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Stories

content.2. Content Creation

  Have 13 years of professional experience in social media content creation or commu
• nity building.Have managed Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms as a core par
• t of your job.Are deeply tuned into Gen-Z trends, memes, reels, and int
• ernet culture.Can independently manage content production on campus while aligning remotely with
• central teams.Have basic editing skills (CapCut, VN, Canva, etc.) or know how to manage an edi
• ting pipeline.Are okay being behind the camera, in front of it, or directing

it with ease.
