Social Media Strategist

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content creation, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment and identify emerging trends.
• Create engaging content tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with overall branding and marketing goals.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and managing social media campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics and videos for social media.
• Implement SEO best practices in content creation to enhance visibility.
• Manage public relations efforts through effective communication with stakeholders and influencers.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Maintain relationships with followers and engage with the community through comments, messages, and direct interactions.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, video editing software, and graphic design principles.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce strategies and branding techniques.
• Experience in public relations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns is desirable.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
