Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist & Content Writer to manage, grow, and optimise our digital presence.

You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, building engagement, planning monthly calendars, executing digital strategies, and measuring performance across social media platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Writing & Creative Development

• Write engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create scripts, captions, taglines, ad copies, and short-form content.
• Plan and develop monthly content calendars.
• Research industry trends and create relevant, fresh, and impactful content.
• Coordinate with designers and videographers to develop creatives.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness.
• Handle daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Optimise content for reach, impressions, and engagement.

Brand Communication & Campaigns

• Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging
• Identify opportunities for trend-based and moment marketing.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.

Research & Competitor Analysis

• Study competitors’ digital presence and identify improvement areas.
• Conduct keyword and trend research for content optimization.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, hashtags, and content formats.
• Hands-on experience with any scheduling or analytics tool (optional).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
