Role Overview: As a Social Media Associate, you will play a key role in shaping and executing engaging content strategies tailored specifically for Instagram Reels and other social media platforms. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the content creation process, managing mood boards, scheduling posts, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling. By closely collaborating with senior strategists and the social media team, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in content planning and execution for high-engagement platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Create engaging reels, incorporating both trending topics and talking points for company pages. - Demonstrate comfort in speaking on camera and presenting ideas confidently. - Assist in developing mood boards and content plans that align with the brand voice and campaign objectives. - Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm content ideas and visual themes for reels and posts. - Aid in scheduling content across platforms using social media management tools. - Monitor publishing timelines to ensure content goes live according to the planned calendar. - Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and trends. - Stay updated on trending hashtags, music, and challenges to incorporate into content strategies. - Conduct research on audience behavior, competitor strategies, and platform trends to inform content creation. - Assist in analyzing performance metrics to optimize future content. - Work closely with the content and design teams to maintain consistency in messaging and aesthetics. - Support campaign executions by coordinating with various teams for timely deliverables. - Stay informed about the latest Instagram features, reels trends, and digital marketing practices. - Actively participate in team discussions and training sessions to enhance expertise in social media content strategies. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience with social media content creation or reels is a plus.
