Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to lead our social media presence and drive engagement across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies, creating compelling content, and ensuring alignment with our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies.
• Create and maintain content calendars tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to produce high-quality content.
• Execute both organic and paid campaigns to grow followers and engagement.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize ROI.
• Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely, professional manner.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with influencers and content creators when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist, Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Proficiency in social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, or Sprout Social.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ad strategies.
• Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹53,000.00 per month
