Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategy and Planning
: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Content Creation
: Generate, edit, and publish daily content, including text, images, and videos, coordinating with design and editorial teams to ensure brand consistency.
Community Management
: Monitor and engage in relevant discussions, respond to comments and messages promptly, and manage user-generated content.
Advertising and Promotions
: Plan and run paid social media ad campaigns and track their success and return on investment (ROI).
Analytics and Reporting
: Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, derive insights, and refine strategy.
Create high-quality visual content (images, videos, posts) that resonates with our target audience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for copywriting and engaging with the audience.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g.,
Hootsuite
,
Sprout Social
).
Strong understanding of SEO principles, content optimization, and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva) is often desirable.
A positive, detail-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
