Job Description

Use HeyGen-generated videos to drive engagement and brand awareness on LinkedIn Post and promote content across LinkedIn Groups , company pages, and personal profiles Engage with comments, DMs, and group discussions to spark interaction and build credibility Repurpose video content into carousels, image posts, polls, and comments Track reach, engagement, and conversions iterate quickly based on performance Identify and join new relevant LinkedIn Groups to seed video content strategically Coordinate with our video editor and marketing lead to align campaigns and messaging Use tools like Buffer, Shield Analytics, or manual workflows to monitor performance What You Bring: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media, especially LinkedIn Strong understanding of how LinkedIns algorithm works (groups, dwell time, reactions, hashtags) Experience using or working with HeyGen videos, or similar AI video tools Excellent writing and communication skills — your comments and intros should sound human, not canned A mindset for hustle — you're active on LinkedIn daily, naturally curious, and strategic Ability to manage multiple campaigns and iterate based on engagement metrics Bonus Points: Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach tools Familiarity with niche B2B communities Basic design skills for thumbnails, banners, or post templates Portfolio of previous posts or engagement examples
