Social Media Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily reporting and analysis using

    Talkwalker dashboards

    and supplemental searches.
  • Extract and analyze data from traditional social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube) and new-age platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitch, etc.).
  • Interpret client requests and translate them into actionable social media insights.
  • Prepare and deliver

    weekly and monthly reports

    consolidating data from both crawlable and non-crawlable social media platforms.
  • Provide real-time and post-event insights contextualized as

    Analyst commentary

    via calls, emails, and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on expertise in social listening and reporting

    using Talk walker (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional and emerging social media platforms.
  • Proven ability to extract, organize, and synthesize data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent

    written and verbal communication skills

    for client-ready reporting.
  • Ability to contextualize online/social media landscapes into clear, actionable insights.
