Who You Are

• A 

  student

   in 

  mass communication, social media management, marketing, or filmmaking

• Creative, with a strong interest in 

  social media marketing and video production

• Skilled at 

  creating engaging, high-quality Reels, Shorts.

• Expert with 

  CANVA and familiar with video editing tools

   like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or InShot

Who You Are Not

• A 

  software developer or coder

  —this role is for 

  content creators, not programmers

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do

• Roll up your sleeves and create short-form video content — brainstorm, script, film, edit, and publish.
• Plan and produce 

  Reels, Posts, and Stories

   for all ThinkRoman handles, following a consistent, scheduled routine for each platform.
• Edit videos and visuals into engaging, polished content that stands out.
• Stay ahead of trends, experiment with fresh ideas, and keep our content relevant and impactful

What We Offer

• ₹5,000 stipend for the first month, ₹8,000 for the second and third months

• Internship Completion Certificate
