As part of the team, you will be responsible for strengthening the social media presence and PR efforts of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with makeup artists across India to curate social media content (Reels, Stories, Posts) through paid or barter collaborations and ensure daily postings on official Instagram-Facebook handles. - Manage and update collaboration data meticulously using Microsoft Excel. - Stay abreast of social media market trends, including the latest Instagram algorithm and engagement strategies. - Cultivate strong PR relationships to boost brand visibility and contribute directly to sales. - Plan, organize, and execute events like seminars, workshops, and promotional activities. - Monitor campaign performance and offer insights for enhancement. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social media coordination, PR, or event management within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sector. - Mandatory proficiency in excellent written and spoken English communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel for collaboration tracking and reporting. - Thorough understanding of Instagram trends, engagement tactics, and influencer collaboration best practices. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
