Coordinate closely with designers and content creators to deliver engaging posts

Handle client communications and maintain strong relationships through proactive engagement

Oversee content scheduling and publishing via Buffer

Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance using Instagram analytics and integrate insights into strategy adjustments

What youll need
Has 2-5 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably within an agency

Is well-versed with current social media trends, content formats, and platform-specific best practices

Comfortable using social media management tools such as Buffer and HubSpot

Possesses solid analytical skills to interpret social media insights for strategy optimization

Is collaborative, organized, and effective in communicating across teams and directly with clients

Bonus Skills
Basic graphic design/content creation experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, Gen AI tools)

Experience managing both short-form content (Instagram posts, reels, stories) and long-form content (LinkedIn)
