Social Media Marketing Manager

You are an experienced Social Media Manager with over 7 years of experience, specializing in Mass Communication or Advertisement. Your role is crucial in elevating brand presence and leveraging social media as a primary driver for brand building and lead generation. You should possess a strategic mindset, be data-driven, and exhibit high creativity to effectively engage with the target audience. Your responsibilities include developing and executing a results-oriented social media strategy that aligns with lead generation and brand-building objectives. You will be crafting engaging and conversation-driven content that positions the company as a thought leader in B2B & B2C enterprise automation. It will be essential to draft compelling social media posts highlighting leadership's thought leadership, insights, and industry perspectives. Your role will involve repurposing content assets such as blogs, whitepapers, and reports into various post formats like polls, carousels, videos, long-form posts, and interactive content to maximize engagement. Your strong storytelling and copywriting skills will be instrumental in creating posts that drive engagement and enhance brand recall. You must have hands-on experience with social media management tools like Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc., and expertise in social media analytics, reporting, and performance tracking. The ability to create dashboards and insights reports for leadership teams is crucial. Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and audience engagement strategies is required. Experience with Figma, Canva, Asana, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Adobe suite (especially video editing tools like Premier Pro, After Effects), and AI tools within Apps for work is preferred. A passion for emerging social media trends, AI-powered content strategies, and data-driven decision-making is highly valued. You should have an up-to-date portfolio showcasing social content, accounts, and performance. This is a full-time, permanent position with fixed day shifts from Monday to Friday.
