Role Description

Social Media Manager

Key Roles

• Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) aligned with brand goals
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads)
• Lead generation through targeted campaigns and funnels
• Track and analyse campaign performance to maximize ROI
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
• Manage audience engagement: responses, comments, and basic ORM
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance and lead-generation reports
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal teams for campaign execution

Responsibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
• Proven experience in

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
