Role Description

We are looking for skilled and creative Social Media Intern to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidates should have a deep understanding of social media trends, strong communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content and manage brand presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
• Manage daily posting schedules, engagement, community interaction, and brand visibility
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams for campaign planning
• Monitor social media trends and apply best practices to improve performance
• Analyse performance metrics, generate monthly reports, and suggest improvements
• Assist in executing social media campaigns and brand initiatives
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity across platforms

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and understanding platform algorithms
• Knowledge on Social Media Strategy, Campaign Execution, and Engagement Management
• 6 months of experience in social media roles
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of social media tools, analytics platforms, and current digital trends is an advantage
