Social Media Marketing Intern

Decibel Media House is a youth-led, modern creative communication and branding agency, established in 2019. With a growing presence in Delhi we specialize in creating high-impact brand stories through social media content, video production, and graphic design.

We work with hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, real estate, and consumer brands to bring bold, platform-first ideas to life across digital and offline spaces.

Responsibilities

This is a 3 months internship.

The intern&aposs role & involvement will be divided into four categories:

1) Work with Decibel&aposs internal team to coordinate & execute multiple IPs for the Decibel Media House&aposs social pages including Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn.

2) Work with Decibel&aposs team to coordinate & provide support with regards to research, planning & oversight

3) Work with Brand Managers on campaign shoot as assistants

4) Work with the founder on personal branding ideas & execution

Qualifications

Pretty simple ones:

1. Are still in college & preferably in your final year
2. Have some well-validated content making experience
3. Knowing how to produce reels - including storyboarding, basic editing, and directional input is a

   very strong plus

4. Has a flexible schedule they can align with our requirements
5. Has a very strong presence on-screen & is very comfortable being in front of the camera
6. Being a content creator is a

   very strong plus

Stipend

10,000 INR per month

NOTE

1. This role requires you to travel to the office & sometimes to set locations
2. This role requires you to be a creative storyteller
3. This isn&apost your come, sit on a chair, do mindless work for 9 hours, and get a certificate kind of internship. You will be pushed to your limits through our training module. We want to build what we would want to hire.
