Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
• Plan and post daily content, including reels, stories, and static posts.
• Create monthly social media calendars.
• Track engagement, reach, performance, and lead flow.
• Run basic Instagram/Facebook ads for branding or lead generation.
  

Graphic Designing

• Design creatives for property listings, reels, stories, ads, banners, flyers, and brochures.
• Create eye-catching thumbnails and presentation slides.
• Edit short videos for reels, walkthroughs, and promotional use.
• Maintain brand consistency across all content.
  

Real Estate Marketing

• Create content for real estate projects, amenities, location advantages, inventory highlights, and offers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand project updates and convert them into attractive designs.
• Develop promotional materials for site visits, events, and campaigns.
  

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut).
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing creatives (preferred).
• Ability to design 510 creatives daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in social media + graphic design (Real estate experience preferred).
