Role Overview

As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will strategize, create, and execute social media initiatives that drive brand awareness, engage our audience, and support broader marketing objectives. You’ll measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, support) to maintain our brand voice across platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Keep abreast of platform-specific trends and best practices to drive engagement
• Content Creation & Publishing
• Write and curate engaging text, image, and video content for platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and others
• Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts using tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
• Community Engagement
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions to build a positive brand presence
• Paid Social Campaigns
• Execute and optimize social advertising campaigns (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram) with budget oversight
• Analytics & Reporting
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, native platform insights) to track KPIs like engagement, reach, CTR, follower growth
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to refine strategies toptal.com
• Collaborations & Partnerships
• Develop influencer and brand partnerships to amplify content reach
• Coordinate with external talent, agencies, or internal creatives for campaign delivery
• Crisis & Reputation Management
• Monitor brand sentiment and handle social media crises or negative feedback promptly and tactfully

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
